Swimming freestyle with rhythmic breathing

Introduction to backstroke with arms and legs

SKILLS:

1. Freestyle arms with breathing

2. High elbow and strong recovery

3. Correct head and body position

4. Backstroke with correct recovery and reach

5. Strong shoulder and head position

6. Turning over from back position to front position

GRADUATION:    

15 yards of freestyle with breathing and high elbow recovery

15 yards of backstroke
